Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Beerse seeks a Sr. Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the GET maintenance & reliability dept. Beerse, Belgium, and act as site lead within the organization.

You will manage a team of engineers, schedulers and technicians, drive safety, efficiency and reliability, and partner with multiple functions to align priorities and deliver value for manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• People leader who enjoys coaching and guiding teammates.
• Strong communication skills with partners at different levels.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science.
• Analytical and technical skills to solve complex issues and derive business needs.
• Decisiveness and drive to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead a maintenance & reliability team of engineers, schedulers and technicians.
• Ensure flawless execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Research, Commercial Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering and QA to align priorities.
• Guard equipment base qualification and overall compliance.
