Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) team in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Sr. Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the GET maintenance & reliability department and serve as site lead for the Beerse site.

This role focuses on safety, efficiency, compliance, and equipment reliability within a cross-functional organization including R&D, Commercial Manufacturing, QA, and Planning. The role requires a technical degree and strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning team

• A technical degree or equivalent experience and a strong interest in all aspects of maintenance & reliability. Preferred fields of study are Engineering or Science.

• Decisiveness, brainpower and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Leading a maintenance & reliability team, consisting of teamleads, engineers, schedulers and technicians.
• Ensuring flawless execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with customers in both Research and Development and Commercial Manufacturing Supply organizations such as Operations, Engineering, QA and planning to align on priorities both in the short and the long term.
• Guard equipment base business qualification and overall compliance.
