Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Beerse location seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Risk Management to lead risk governance across study teams and functional partners. You will implement BRM processes, assess risks, and drive mitigation strategies in a cross-functional environment.

You will deploy risk management tools, facilitate risk discussions, and mentor teams on best practices, ensuring transparent reporting and alignment with Credo-based culture. Hybrid work in Beerse.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident presenter.
• Ability to summarize complex issues and share key insights.

Responsabilités

• Implement BRM capabilities, standards, and risk management practices across functions and study teams.
• Support deployment of risk management technologies and user access requests.
• Facilitate risk discussions by identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring, and escalating risks.
• Provide independent review and monitoring of business partner risks and promote clear risk communication.
• Contribute to metrics, analytics, and reporting on risk trends and areas needing attention.
• Participate in governance forums to provide BRM input and follow-up.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive consistent BRM adoption.
