Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) team in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Sr. Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the GET maintenance & reliability department and serve as site lead for the Beerse site.

This role focuses on safety, efficiency, compliance, and equipment reliability within a cross-functional organization including R&D, Commercial Manufacturing, QA, and Planning. The role requires a technical degree and strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning team

Responsabilités

• Leading a maintenance & reliability team, consisting of teamleads, engineers, schedulers and technicians.
• Ensuring flawless execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As senior manager, your primary objective is to manage your team to maximize value to manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, efficiency, compliance, productivity and reliability of our equipment and systems. The Sr. M&R mgr is reporting to the GET site lead Beerse and is part of the GET leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
