Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Sr. Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the GET maintenance & reliability team at Beerse, Belgium. You will drive safety, efficiency, and reliability for manufacturing processes as part of the GET leadership team.
The role requires a technical background with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across English and Dutch teams. A permanent contract with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

- Strong communication skills with partners at multiple levels.
- Technical degree or equivalent with interest in maintenance & reliability.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving to drive business needs.
- Decisive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
Responsabilités
- Lead a maintenance & reliability team including leads, engineers, schedulers and technicians.
- Ensure flawless execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
- Collaborate with Research, Development and Commercial Manufacturing Supply to align priorities.
- Maintain equipment base qualification and overall compliance.
