Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Device Assembly & Packaging (DAP) unit. You will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure safe, compliant production of high‑quality pharmaceutical products, and drive continuous improvement aligned with SHE, Quality, Service and cost objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in a technical field; pharma/med device preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing.
- At least 5 years in people leadership.
- Experience in cGMP manufacturing and device assembly preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead daily Device Assembly & Packaging operations to meet production plans.
- Drive safety, quality, compliance, service, cost, and productivity targets.
- Improve OEE, yield, cycle time, throughput, and reliability.
- Ensure cGMP compliance and prompt CAPA implementation.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and employee development.
