Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Operations Manager for Device Assembly & Packaging in Beerse, Belgium. You will lead manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure safe, compliant production of pharmaceutical products.

The role requires a track record in regulated manufacturing, strong leadership, and ability to deliver improvements in OEE, quality, and cost, within a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Experience in device assembly, packaging, or related pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily Device Assembly & Packaging operations to meet production plans and regulatory expectations.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance, service, cost, productivity, and inventory targets.
• Improve OEE, yield, cycle time, throughput, and manufacturing reliability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Support readiness and commercialization of new products and processes.
