Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Geel, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to strengthen asset performance and risk management in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.

Join the GET Maintenance & Reliability team at our Geel site, the largest API manufacturing site. You will lead investigations, drive maintenance optimizations, and apply RCA, FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline with strong technical foundation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Reliability/ Maintenance Engineering in GMP environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actions.
• Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, RCM and predictive maintenance is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and CMMS platforms (SAP PM/Maximo).
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex equipment failure investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and asset improvement opportunities.
• Drive preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Develop technical improvement initiatives across the site with project teams.
