Salt is seeking a Senior Mainframe Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for the design, development, modernisation, and support of critical enterprise systems. This role blends hands-on coding with leadership, owning complex features and guiding multi-team initiatives.
You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, drive modernization initiatives, ensure stability and performance, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality
Qualifications
- Solid software engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe tech stack.
- Hands-on experience with mainframe tools and languages.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to architect scalable, secure solutions.
- Fluent English in speech and writing.
