Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role focuses on managing multiple business-IT projects in document management, including electronic signatures and test management, in line with client standards.

You'll coordinate SteerCo, manage risks and budgets, and ensure GDPR/ISO27001 alignment while collaborating with procurement and vendors across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Project Manager on client-site consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple business-IT projects and document management scope.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001 and security policies.

Responsabilités

• Manage files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and actions.
• Define scope, PBS/WBS, budgeting, resources, and dependencies.
• Organize SteerCo meetings and PSR reporting.
• Oversee suppliers, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.
• Contribute to specifications with Procurement and vendors.
• Organize pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, cutover, and validation.
• Manage change, communication, and user coordination.
• Prepare documentation and Move2Run to operations.
• Support PM practices harmonization.

Mission Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The primary responsibility of the IT Project Manager will be to manage multiple business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signatures and test management, in accordance with the client's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and open actions.


• Define and maintain scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.


• Organize SteerCo meetings, prepare decisions, and maintain reliable PSR reporting.


• Oversee suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.


• Contribute to special specifications and offer analyses with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts.


• Organize pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback, and production validation.


• Manage change, communication, and coordination with impacted users.


• Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, and Move2Run to operational teams.


• Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and applicable security policies.


• Support the harmonization of PM practices.
