Mission Overview:

As a Project Lead / Team Lead for Collaboration Systems (M365), you will be responsible for leading various IT implementation projects from start to finish at our client sites, representing Keystone Solutions. This includes everything from pre-sales to concept development, solution construction, change management, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish project planning and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate and ensure communication among all parties involved in the project.
• Closely monitor the budget and control the quality of the project.
• Regularly and structurally report on project progress to the client and management.
• Quickly identify and report issues while remaining focused on results.
• As a team leader, manage a team consisting of both internal staff and consultants.
• Coordinate and motivate team members, conduct performance reviews, and support their development.
• Manage team capacity planning and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Contribute to the recruitment of suitable profiles and ensure the smooth operation of the team.
• Proactively ensure the development of team competencies to align with future client needs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and reuse within projects managed by the team or more broadly by our clients.

Profile Requirements:

• Master's degree.
• PRINCE2 certification (mandatory).
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in project management, with familiarity in Agile development methods.
• Proven experience in people management, responsible for evaluation, motivation, and development of team members.
• Active knowledge of the second national language; proficiency in English is an additional asset.
• Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment is a plus, as well as knowledge of SharePoint and associated tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.). Lack of specific experience in these technologies is not a disqualifying criterion; we primarily seek a project manager and team leader capable of mastering the platform.
• Strong sense of responsibility and client-oriented results focus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Persistence and strong negotiation skills.
