Job summary

Robson Bale Ltd is seeking a Lead Business Analyst on a freelance 12-month contract in West-Vlaanderen. The role is hybrid and requires 2-3 days on site, with a daily rate of €550 and Dutch language.

Sales and marketing domain business analysis, with an eCommerce background.
Strong BA leadership experience.
Ability to drive improvements across processes and teams.

Responsibilities

Co-lead and develop a team of functional/business analysts: set direction, priorities, and quality standards for the team's work.
Build, own, and continuously improve business analysis processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering/delivery teams.
Facilitate discussions, align conflicting viewpoints, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
Own customer communication and ensure business needs are correctly understood and represented.
Sales and marketing domain BA with an eCommerce background; document requirements and define processes.
Identify improvement opportunities, propose them, and drive them through to completion.
