HumanInTech seeks a senior Business Analyst in the Antwerp region, offering hybrid work. You bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, translating operational needs into clear requirements and user stories while managing the backlog.

Required are 8+ years in business analysis, strong experience in agile and product ownership, BPMN/UML modelling, ERP integration and Dutch fluency at CEFR C2. This 15-month assignment runs mid-Nov 2026 to end-Dec 2027 with potential extension.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in business analysis gathering and validating requirements.
• 5+ years in agile development including Scrum and backlog management.
• 5+ years in product ownership, backlog prioritisation and writing user stories.
• 5+ years modelling and optimise business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE, BPMN or UML).
• Experience in ICT for general business operations.
• Public-sector / ERP integration experience.
• Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2).

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and validate business and functional requirements.
• Manage backlog, prioritise requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Analyse, model and optimise business processes using AS-IS/TO-BE, BPMN or UML.
• Collaborate with development teams in agile environment (Scrum, refinement, sprint planning).
• Guide acceptance testing and UAT with the business.
• Support users during implementation of new functionalities and manage change.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders and IT solutions alignment with operational needs.
