Brilliant Computers in Belgium is seeking experienced L3 IT Support Engineers to provide advanced onsite IT support within enterprise office and factory environments. You will handle end-user computing, servers, networks, Active Directory, security, and shop-floor technology to keep business operations stable.

The role requires senior-level troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration with remote teams; experience with SCCM/WSUS/MDT, PowerShell, and monitoring platforms is welcomed, along

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with AD, SCCM, WSUS and MDT.
• Fluent Dutch (B2) and English; ability to work onsite in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced L3 onsite technical support to office and factory users.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents across hardware, OS, applications and infrastructure.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, GPOs and domain services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot factory and shop-floor IT equipment.
• Deploy OS images and applications using deployment tools.
• Contribute to IT security remediation and patch management.
• Produce technical documentation and assist with incident management.
