Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced Learning & Development designer for a major energy-sector organization. You will design blended learning tracks, including classroom, digital, and mobile formats, aligned with business priorities and learner needs.

You will translate learning needs analyses into clear objectives, select optimal formats, combine internal development with external solutions, and safeguard didactic quality.

• 7+ years of experience designing blended learning journeys.
• Strong instructional design and didactic skills for digital and physical environments.
• Expertise in project management, communication, and change management.
