Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior functional analyst to map business processes and translate them into precise specifications for implementation. You will engage early project stages, describing current and future processes and ensuring delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations.

You will lead workshops, detail process maps, and produce documentation that guides implementation teams. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus multi-language proficiency (French Dutch English), are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile / Scrum, BPMN and UML.
• Ability to document requirements through use cases and user stories.
• Storytelling skills to explain processes and proposed solutions clearly.
• Testing skills to validate solutions against documented requirements.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to lead business discussions.
• Ability to turn abstract concepts into practical solutions.
• Ability to analyse data and assess information critically.
