Job summary

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions S.A. is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage key client relationships within the FMCG sector, focusing on Vileda product lines and promotional planning.

You will collaborate with marketing, supply chain and customer service to optimize product availability, forecast accurately and drive profitable growth across Belgium and nearby markets, delivering on annual strategies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG or Consumer environment in a Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English and French.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customers, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, BI tools, and digital platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and execution-oriented, with a hands-on mindset.
• Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across Sales and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, manage and implement annual agreements, budget, assortment, and distribution, with a focus on optimizing Vileda's product availability and visibility.
• Demonstrate strong forecasting skills and maintain a high level of internal communication, collaborating closely with our marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
• Monitor the FMCG and retail market to identify growth opportunities and potential threats for Vileda, leveraging insights to strengthen our market position.
• Provide analysis and evaluation of market data and internal KPIs, with a focus on Vileuda's performance and category trends.
• Provide internal presentations and all necessary input for other departments.
