Key Account Manager Controlled Environment Belgium & France (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Controlled Environment (CE) sales strategy for Belgium and France, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and business objectives in alignment with regional and global priorities.
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key end users, influencers, and decision-makers within the Controlled Environment market.
- Lead customer acquisition and account development activities, promoting Vileda Professional solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
- Own the execution of sales initiatives, product launches, commercial programs, and market deployment strategies to maximize market penetration and differentiation.
- Deliver market, customer, and competitive insights to support the development of CE strategies, product innovations, and business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with international and local stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D, Quality & Innovation teams, to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support and guide indirect sales channels and local sales teams through training, coaching, and joint customer development activities to improve commercial results.
- Act as an entrepreneurial business leader, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, reporting requirements, and strategic objectives while continuously driving performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the professional cleaning, healthcare, contamination control, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing key accounts and developing direct relationships with end users and strategic customers.
- Strong understanding of the professional cleaning market, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to interpret customer P&Ls, identify growth opportunities, and manage profitability drivers.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing and leading customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, combined with the ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
