Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Belgium seeks a seasoned finance professional to support day-to-day accounting activities, close cycles, and financial reporting. You will coordinate audits, maintain internal controls, and provide timely financial information to guide business decisions.

The role requires a university degree in finance and strong Excel skills, with English fluency and Dutch/French as a plus. The position offers a competitive salary package in the 70,000–80,000 EUR range and a fulltime

Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Previous experience in accounting, controlling or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a fact-based approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly to new situations, processes and ways of working.
• A proactive, hands-on and highly motivated attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
