Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Head of Human Resources for Belgium to lead the HR function within a manufacturing environment. You will drive HR strategy, talent development and organizational effectiveness across the Belgian unit.

Fluency in French and English is required, Dutch is a plus. You will negotiate with Works Councils and unions and collaborate with global HR in a matrix organization to align local and group objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Proven leadership experience in HR within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in negotiations with Works Council, Unions, etc.
• Familiarity with a matrix organization and working at local and group levels.
• Bilingual in French and English, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Proven experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a similar HR leadership role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in negociations with Works Council, Unions, etc.
• Familiarity with a matrix organization, working effectively at both local and group levels.
• Bilingual in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
• A team player with strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion, and integrity.
• Resilient under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented.
