In4Matic seeks an experienced senior software professional to build and lead modern applications. The role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership, guiding a team across the full delivery cycle in an Agile setting.

You will develop and maintain Java-based applications, design REST APIs, and support the team with best engineering practices. Public sector experience is a plus, and Dutch proficiency at CEFR C2 is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing Java applications with strong focus on quality and reliability.
• Hands-on API design and backend service development.
• Experience leading a development team in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with databases like DB2/PostgreSQL and frontend tech like React/TypeScript is a plus.
