Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior PC Support Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will provide second-line support, incident management, and resolution.

The role requires Windows 11, MS 365, Ivanti experience, basic networking, and fluency in French and Dutch, with a strong service mindset and the ability to work across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ivanti ticket management (≥3 years).
• Proficiency in Windows 11 and MS 365.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Strong incident resolution and service request management.
• Good knowledge of standard IT tools in a Service Desk.
• Client-oriented with excellent service mindset.
• Ability to diagnose issues by asking the right questions.
• Stress resistant and courteous with non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Log, create, and process incidents and requests via phone or ticketing tool.
• Follow up and resolve incidents and requests.
• Perform technical diagnostics to identify issues and solutions.
• Improve internal procedures and knowledge base with documentation.
• Provide transparent, honest, and personalized user support.
• Set up workstations and install hardware/software.
• Manage the smartphone fleet and subscriptions.
