Job summary

Arcus Search is seeking a Senior IT Programme Manager / Transversal Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT initiatives across domains. You will coordinate across engineering, security, operations, and business to ensure governance, risk management, and successful execution of strategic infrastructure transformations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and dependencies, and provide clear executive reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading IT programme deliverables across multiple domains.
• Proven track record managing large, transversal IT initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, governance and financial frameworks.
• Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including cloud and data centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, including scope, planning, budget, risks, and quality.
• Drive execution in line with delivery methodologies, governance processes, and IT controls.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, reporting and compliance activities are completed.
• Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across infrastructure, security, platforms, operations, and business functions.
• Manage dependencies across projects, releases, and related initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Lead governance meetings and support executive reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, driving proactive resolution plans.

We are looking for a Senior IT Programme Manager / Transversal Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT initiatives across multiple domains.The role will support a strategic infrastructure transformation programme, focused on improving resilience, scalability, and operational capabilities.You will coordinate delivery across engineering teams, security, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, governance, risk management, and successful execution of large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of IT controls (ITIL/COBIT), governance frameworks, and financial frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including network, data centres, cloud, and hybrid environments.
