Spring Professional Belgium is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of IT and enterprise application projects within a large international organization. The role is hands-on, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of ERP and integration initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate IT and enterprise application projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions with timely resolution.
• Prepare clear status reports for senior and executive stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, governance, and decision logs.
• Support ERP, engineering applications, and integration platform initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across ERP, engineering applications, and integration platforms.

Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Applications & IT Projects

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a portfolio of IT and enterprise application projects within a large international organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering technology projects across enterprise applications, engineering software, ERP systems, and integration platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, technical specialists, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on program/project management role requiring strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a solid understanding of enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT and enterprise application projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare clear project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, governance, meeting materials, and decision logs.
• Support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across ERP, engineering applications, and integration platforms.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, project objectives, and organizational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and ways of working.

• SAP S/4HANA upgrades and implementations

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, IT Program Manager, or similar.
• Strong experience managing complex IT and enterprise application projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of sprint planning and Scrum practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to senior/executive audiences.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Experience working in international or multinational environments is an advantage.
