Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior process expert and coach in Belgium to mentor IT process teams within an Agile framework, balancing standardisation with regulatory compliance. You will drive improvements, define IT processes, and support governance across functions.

You will lead collaborative workshops, assess process maturity, maintain documentation, and ensure clear, concise process guidance. English fluency (C1) is required for multi‑disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience, including IT delivery and/or production.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information.
• Clear writing, with accurate, well-organised content and attention to detail.
• Workshop facilitation and coaching skills across multidisciplinary groups.
• Clear, diplomatic communication and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and guide others towards agreed goals.
• English, C1, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coach process practitioners in daily work, improvements and team development.
• Define and maintain IT processes aligned with a shared process framework.
• Identify compliance gaps against internal rules and regulatory requirements.
• Guide stakeholders to simplify processes through collaborative workshops.
• Support process maturity assessments and maintain clear process documentation.
• Update process guidance and knowledge management tools.
