Job summary

Keystone Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Process Expert/Coach to drive agile process coaching for client projects. You will lead IT process improvements and ensure alignment with the Group framework across delivery, sourcing, risk and security management.

The role requires at least 10 years of IT experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to facilitate workshops and produce high-quality written content. Expect 50% on-site and 50% homeworking with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the Process Team in daily activities, improvements and team evolution.
• Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework, creating consistency across teams.
• Ensure compliance and identify gaps due to IT Group rules, Belgian regulations or EU directives.
• Coach and collaborate with partners to simplify and optimize processes across the organization.
• Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential.
• Ensure evolution of the process agile referential and knowledge management tools.
