Job summary

Rhox in Belgium is seeking a senior career counsellor to support employees through business transformation. You will focus on talent retention, career development and internal mobility, including reskilling and upskilling.

You will align career counselling with business priorities, guide employees through reorganisations, reintegration, underperformance or limited employability, and promote a learning culture with mobility days and workshops.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of HR experience.
• HR knowledge and experience in career counselling or business partnering.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• University education or considerable managerial experience.
• Dutch (C2).
• French (C1).
• English (C1).
• Accuracy, organisation, negotiation and active listening.
• Clear communication, teamwork, autonomy and problem-solving.
• Risk awareness, organisational sensitivity and composure under pressure.
• Objectivity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Align career counselling and follow-up actions with business priorities.
• Guide employees through reorganisation, reintegration, underperformance or limited employability.
• Support employees in taking ownership of their career development.
• Improve career and mobility tools and employee information quality.
• Facilitate mobility days and workshops to promote a learning culture.
• Act as employees' main contact for non-administrative matters.
