ClearSource in Brussels is seeking a freelance trilingual IT Infrastructure requirements and solution analyst. The role focuses on early analysis of complex IT infrastructure requests spanning several server domains, understanding real needs, gathering facts, clarifying assumptions, and outlining options before decisions are made.

You will work in a hybrid and long-term contract environment, interacting with Ops Windows, Ops Linux, IAM, Application Management and Deployment, DBAs, and other

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of server-related IT Infrastructure domains such as Windows Server, Linux, AD/ADFS, databases, storage, virtualization, application management and deployment.
• Able to understand technical input from SMEs without being the hands-on expert in each domain.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, request clarification, fact finding, and preparation of decision material.
• This is NOT primarily a hands-on implementation role; candidate has evolved to analysis and architecture.

Responsabilités

• Act as the senior analyst for complex IT Infrastructure requests spanning multiple domains.
• Coordinate with Ops Windows, Ops Linux, IAM, Application Management and Deployment, and DBAs.
• Identify underlying needs and translate input into structured infrastructure requirements.
• Prepare clear, well-founded request files for review and approval by decision boards.
• Assist with architectural input and decision preparation as needed.
• Approximately 20% of role may involve architecture activities; main focus is analysis and decisions.
