NISH Tech BV is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Requirements & Solution Analyst for a project with a leading Belgian energy transmission organization. The role focuses on early analysis of complex IT Infrastructure requests, identifying business and technical needs, gathering facts, clarifying requirements and assessing solution directions before implementation decisions are made.

Responsabilités

Act as senior analyst for complex IT Infrastructure resource and service requests.
Analyse requests spanning multiple server-related infrastructure domains.
Identify the underlying need behind incomplete or unclear requests.
Gather relevant technical and business information.
Challenge assumptions and identify missing information.
Document constraints, dependencies, risks and potential impacts.
Collaborate with infrastructure subject-matter experts.
Assess requests against existing IT infrastructure standards.
Identify unclear, incomplete or undocumented standards.
Develop possible solution directions and compare available options.
Prepare structured request files for decision and approval boards.
Document requirements, options, constraints, risks, costs and operational impact.
Provide architectural input where required.
Contribute to server and infrastructure architecture activities when needed.
