Strong requirements gathering experience.
Ability to structure complex, unclear requests into actionable requirements.
Experience analyzing multi-domain infrastructure requests.
Proven collaboration with infrastructure SMEs.
Ability to assess compliance with standards and document gaps.
Experience evaluating solution options and trade-offs.
Proven ability to prepare decision materials for governance bodies.

Responsabilités

Lead analysis of complex IT Infrastructure requests across multiple domains.
Clarify and structure incomplete or ambiguous infrastructure requests.
Identify actual business and technical needs behind requests.
Coordinate with infrastructure subject matter experts across domains.
Assess alignment with infrastructure standards and identify gaps.
Evaluate and compare possible solution approaches.
Prepare decision-ready dossiers for governance and approvals.
Support teams with architectural input and decision preparation.
Contribute to infrastructure and server architecture activities when needed.
Facilitate collaboration between multiple infrastructure teams on a single request.
