ITS Group Benelux in Brussels is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Requirements & Solution Analyst to shape complex requests into clear, decision-ready dossiers. The role emphasizes analysis, solution assessment and governance with limited hands-on engineering.

You will coordinate across Windows Server, Linux, IAM, databases, storage, virtualization, and deployment domains, supporting governance boards with structured options and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Senior IT infrastructure professional with enterprise experience.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with at least 500 employees.
• Broad understanding of Windows Server, Linux Red Hat, Active Directory, ADFS, modern authentication, databases, storage, virtualization, app management/deployment, data exchange platforms, RDP, containerized solutions, security principles, on-premises infra, and cloud integration.

Responsabilités

• Lead the analysis of complex IT Infrastructure requests involving multiple server-related infrastructure domains.
• Investigate, clarify, and structure incomplete, ambiguous, or insufficiently defined infrastructure requests.
• Identify actual business and technical needs behind incoming requests.
• Coordinate with infrastructure SMEs across multiple technology domains.
• Prepare decision-ready dossiers for governance and approval boards.
• Support infrastructure and operations teams with architectural input and decision preparation.
• Facilitate collaboration between multiple infrastructure teams involved in a single request.
• Analyze solution alternatives and assess costs and risks.
