Church International Limited in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior IT Functional Analyst to join an Agile team on a freelance contract from November 2026 to 31 December 2026 with potential extension. You will bridge business stakeholders, analysts, architects and tech teams, translating needs into functional specs and supporting solutions through design, development, testing and production.

Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT functional analysis experience.
• Mandatory KYC knowledge.
• Strong analytical and methodological skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business needs and propose IT solutions aligned with architecture.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, product owners and technical teams.
• Define application impacts across IT assets.
• Support development, testing and production activities.
• Provide functional and technical support during release.
• Analyse production incidents and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum sprints and drive continuous improvement.
