Certio in Brussels is seeking a senior functional analyst to reinforce our teams during a major business transformation. You will handle all project phases in an Agile environment, ensuring handovers, refactoring, or greenfield development of new applications.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, validate business needs, translate requirements into designs, and work with developers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Very good functional and business analysis skills to assimilate complex material quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication with business and development teams.
• Solution and customer oriented approach.
• Ability to abstract complex material and adapt to changing contexts.
• AGILE/SCRUM experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and APIs, mappings, and business models.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and teams.
• Identify, analyze, describe and validate current and future business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate designs and implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of new functionalities and applications.
• Produce documentation across project stages.
• Work with business analysts and developers under project management supervision.
• Report progress, manage risks, and support decision-making.
