Capgemini in Brussels seeks an experienced Functional Analyst to translate business needs into executable functional solutions across the full lifecycle. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery teams while aligning with enterprise architecture and security standards.

The role requires strong English and at least one local language, with 50% on-site and 50% remote work expected. A deep banking domain background and agile experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of enterprise IT systems.
• Experience documenting functional analyses per enterprise standards.
• Knowledge of Swagger / API definitions.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of the banking domain and related environments.
• Solid understanding of structured analysis methodologies.
• Teleworking: 50% on-site / 50% remote.

Responsabilités

• Support the business analyst and client in shaping solution options.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to specify functional requirements.
• Follow up development and testing to ensure alignment with specs.
• Provide ad hoc functional support after go-live.
