Church International Limited in Brussels is seeking a Senior IT Functional Analyst to act as the liaison between business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and technical teams. You will translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and support solutions through design, development, testing and production.

Key responsibilities include analysing needs, translating requirements, collaborating across teams, defining impacts, and supporting release cycles.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of IT Functional Analyst experience.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and enterprise standards.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business needs and propose IT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, product owners and technical teams.
• Define application impacts and functional responsibilities across IT assets.
• Support development, integration, testing and defect resolution.
• Provide functional and technical support during release and deployment.
• Analyse production incidents and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum sprints and contribute to continuous improvement.
