HumanInTech is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a department of about 90 people in Brussels, driving a major transformation programme. You will handle hand-over, refactoring or greenfield development of new business applications in an Agile environment, overseeing all project phases.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years or more experience in functional analysis and business analysis.
• Strong handling of complex material with Agile/Scrum background.
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN and test analysis & design.
• Familiar with Confluence, customer journeys, SQL and writing user stories.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Identify, analyze, describe and validate business processes and needs.
• Translate requirements into business solutions and functional designs.
• Work with technical teams to validate designs and translate to technical specs.
• End-to-end follow-up on delivering new functionalities and applications.
• Produce documentation across project stages.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers under supervision.
• Report status, manage risks and facilitate decisions with project managers.
