act digital EMEA – Alter Solutions is seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst to join our team. You will identify business problems, translate requirements, and map feasible enterprise solutions aligned with architecture and strategy.

Your responsibilities include elaborating functional designs, coordinating with architects and asset teams, and supporting development, testing, and production deployment in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• KYC knowledge mandatory.
• Practical experience with Scrum.
• Agile mindset: a positive attitude and pragmatism, thirst for knowledge.
• English: proficient and Dutch or French

Responsabilités

• Identify business problems and map requirements to feasible solutions that fit enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Design detailed functional specifications and determine data and process implications.
• Collaborate with architects and asset teams to align responsibilities and integration points.
• Coordinate with project manager, asset manager, and product owner; relay client needs clearly.
• Follow development, testing, and deployment activities; support operations and incident handling in production.
