SGI in Brussels is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business objectives and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and value-driven. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into clear functional specifications, and support end-to-end delivery from discovery through to go-live and hypercare.

The role requires proven experience in consultancy/advisory environments, strong requirements engineering, and familiarity with Agile

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar in consultancy/advisory environments.
Strong requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or hybrid delivery models.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable specifications and prioritised backlogs.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in multi-site teams and managing competing priorities.

Responsabilités

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and validate business needs.
Document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and processes.
Support design with architects, developers, and product owners to define scope and priorities.
Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and option appraisals.
Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
Support test strategy: test scenarios, UAT coordination, defect triage.
Assist with change management: training materials and communications.
