Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Functional Analyst to work on-site with clients and contribute to a structured, enterprise-grade project approach. You will map business problems to functional solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards across agile sprints.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong English and either Dutch or French, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a hybrid setup with on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
• Business experience in KYC and analysis methodology per enterprise standards.
• Practical experience with Scrum (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Rigor, methodical approach, analytical skills, accuracy, adaptability, communication, and teamwork.
• Agile mindset and focus on team success.

Responsabilités

• Identify business problems and map solutions for integration into enterprise production environments.
• Investigate costs and benefits, design detailed solutions, define data and processes.
