Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group in Brussels is seeking a Documentation & Training Officer fluent in English to join our Development team on site. The role involves creating and maintaining user manuals, online help, and training materials for information systems, working closely with SMEs and client IT teams.

You will design e-learning modules, record tutorials, coordinate translations, and enforce documentation standards while delivering engaging training to multilingual audiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain user manuals and technical documentation for information systems (IS).
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and e-learning training programmes on IS applications and processes.
• Translate requirements into clear documentation and guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning modules and digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of materials.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and version control.
