Job summary

European Dynamics seeks an Information Management Analyst fluent in English to join the Development team in Belgium. The role involves integration with a major client's IT team on site and may occur at either company premises or client premises.

You will advise on policies for content management, define system requirements, contribute to metadata standards, and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliant information handling.

Qualifications

• Master degree in IT with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years.
• Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems.
• Excellent knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SQL and automation tools.
• Familiarity with eProcurement and financial systems used in public administrations.
• Excellent command of the English and French language.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on defining policies and strategies for content, records, archives and information management, including capture, selection, retention and digital preservation.
• Identify requirements for content, records, archives and information management systems and draw up functional and/or technical specifications.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of metadata standards for content and records management, including archival description.
• Coordination with the project teams.
