Job summary

Randstad Digital Belgium seeks a Senior IT Support Coordinator for DG CNECT in Brussels to coordinate multi-level IT support, streamline incident handling, and ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations including VTC and meeting-room tech. Qualifications

• Master's degree (EQF Level 7) + 15+ years IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree (EQF Level 6) + 17+ years IT experience.
• Secondary education degree + 22+ years IT experience with end-user support and L1/L2 handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-level IT support teams and streamline incident handling.
• Provide operational support for videoconferencing and meeting-room technologies.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and FAQs for collaboration tools.
• Deliver user guidance and training for information systems and VTC tools.
• Monitor and report service status and incident trends to stakeholders.
