ARHS Group in Belgium seeks a Medior / Senior IT Business Developer to drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. You will identify opportunities, promote ARHS Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise, prepare proposals, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Interest in IT and digital services, strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new IT clients, expanding the customer base.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients for long-term collaboration.
• Propose tailored IT services and solutions, including developer staffing for projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery and Marketing to align demand with expertise.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and bids, monitor market trends.
