ARHS Group in Belgium seeks a Medior / Senior IT Business Developer to drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. You will identify opportunities, promote ARHS Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise, prepare proposals, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Interest in IT and digital services, strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new IT clients, expanding the customer base.

To strengthen its sales department, Arηs Group part of Accenture, is looking for a Medior / senior IT Business Developer to support the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relationships.

The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, opening new client accounts, and promoting Arηs Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new clients in the IT sector;
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT services and solutions, including the provision of developers and technical profiles for IT projects;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise;
• Prepare and support the creation of commercial proposals, presentations, and bids;
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the internal systems.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management;
• Strong interest in the IT and digital services sector;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset;
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch is a strong advantage. Additional EU languages would be considered an asset;
• Knowledge of the Belgian private IT market is considered a strong plus.
