Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or similar.
• Experience with IT services, consultancy, staffing or professional services.
• Experience with European Institutions is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with client stakeholders.
• Understand client priorities, challenges, and evolving requirements.
• Ensure client expectations are effectively communicated internally.
• Monitor contract utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support contract extensions, renewals, and service continuity initiatives.
