Job summary

EMW is seeking a Senior Assistant Internal Audit in Brussels to support the IA function with data extraction, documentation, and coordination of meetings and travel. This role involves handling sensitive NATO-related information and ensuring compliance with agency procedures.

You will prepare complex documents, manage information flow, and liaise with internal and external contacts. Strong English skills and initiative are essential for successful daily operations in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or secondary qualification with 4 years post-related experience.
• At least two years' experience in a progressively responsible technical and administrative support job.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; familiarity with databases.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate input, extraction and maintenance of information on internal Agency sources using IMIS and web-based tools.
• Maintain IA documentation and assist staff in organizing meetings, workshops and conferences while handling travel and logistics.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and documents, ensuring proper formatting and distribution.
• Enter information in IMIS with supporting documentation including travel orders and PO processing.
• Assist in following Agency procedures and liaise with internal and external contacts.
