Job summary

EMW, Inc. seeks an Incident Management Coordinator SO4 to join the NATO NCIA program in Belgium. You will apply structured continuity and incident management to protect systems, manage risks, and coordinate recovery across teams.

The role requires NATO SECRET clearance, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong English communication. On-site duty in the Brussels area with travel to NCIA/NATO facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
• Alternatively, 6 years of progressive duties in continuity/incident roles without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document continuity plans using a structured approach.
• Maintain documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Support development of test plans and continuity management exercises.
• Apply and communicate security controls per policy and risk assessments.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Investigate incidents, prioritize diagnoses and drive resolution.
• Contribute to testing and improvement of incident management procedures.
