Job summary

EMW seeks an experienced Contracting Assistant to support NATO procurement activities in Brussels, with 50% on-site work and a total scope of 380 hours. Qualifications

• Requires NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Experience with procurement for services.
• Knowledge of procurement routes and open market/bundled frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Addresses contractual matters in competitive and sole-source procurement.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely performance.
• Process changes and amendments to contracts and monitor compliance.
• Review business cases to determine procurement routes (open market or framework).
• Investigate and resolve procurement issues; escalate as needed.
• Support internal customers with procurement-related matters.
• Provide timely reporting to ACQ and NCI Agency.
