In4Matic seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment, focusing on document management and electronic signature solutions. You will coordinate business and IT stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams from initiation through production handover.

You will drive governance, testing, change management and project documentation, ensuring GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance across initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Manage project scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues.
• Maintain project files, decisions, contracts, actions and key project documentation.
• Organize Steering Committees, prepare decision-making material and provide reliable project status reporting.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractual commitments, SLAs, deliverables and escalations.
• Contribute to requirements specifications and tender documentation, as well as the evaluation of proposals in collaboration with procurement, vendor management and technical experts.
• Plan and coordinate pilots, testing, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover, rollback and production validation.
• Lead change management, communication and coordination with impacted users and stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, knowledge transfer and the transition to operational teams.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant data protection, cybersecurity and information security requirements, including GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Contribute to the harmonization and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Function

We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead several strategic business-IT projects within the document management domain, including electronic signature solutions. You will also contribute to establishing and applying structured test management practices across strategic initiatives. Working in a complex enterprise environment, you will coordinate business and IT stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully from initiation through production and operational handover.

The role involves working across a diverse technology landscape, including enterprise applications, document management platforms and Microsoft 365 solutions such as SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Profile

You have solid experience as a Senior IT Project Manager and are comfortable managing complex IT transformation initiatives in an enterprise environment. You combine strong project management capabilities with a structured, stakeholder-oriented approach and are able to work effectively across business, IT, security, infrastructure and supplier teams.

Key expertise

• Expert-level experience in IT project management using Agile, Waterfall and/or Scrum methodologies.

• Strong experience with IT transformation projects and business-IT implementations.

• Advanced knowledge of change management, incident management and ITIL practices.

• Experience with PRINCE2 and structured project governance.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, with knowledge of Entra.

• Good understanding of network infrastructure, including WAN and LAN environments.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity environments, including NIS2/CyFun, SIEM and SOC/CSIRT operations.

• Experience working as or alongside a Product Owner in complex IT projects.

• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks and suppliers in parallel.

Experience with document management, electronic signatures, Microsoft 365-based solutions and enterprise application landscapes is a strong advantage.
