In4Matic seeks an experienced Project Lead / Team Lead to join our Collaboration Systems team. You will oversee IT implementation projects from pre-sales through deployment and change management, while guiding a multidisciplinary team of internal specialists and external consultants.

This dual role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering high-quality collaboration platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and several years of IT project management experience.
• PRINCE2 is mandatory; ITIL is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering IT implementation projects with teams and consultants.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT implementation projects from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets and quality objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure clear communication between teams and partners.
• Monitor risks and escalate issues; deliver regular project reports.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

We're looking for an experienced Project Lead / Team Lead to join our client's Collaboration Systems team. In this dual role, you will combine end-to-end project leadership with people management responsibilities. You will oversee the successful delivery of IT implementation projects, from pre-sales and solution design through deployment and change management, while leading a multidisciplinary team of internal specialists and external consultants. This position offers the opportunity to shape collaboration platforms, drive operational excellence and develop the capabilities of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Manage IT implementation projects throughout their full lifecycle, from concept and planning to deployment and adoption.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets and quality objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure effective communication between business, technical teams and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and escalate issues when required.
• Deliver regular and structured project reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Drive successful change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards.
  
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and motivate a team composed of internal employees and external consultants.
• Conduct performance, development and evaluation discussions.
• Manage team capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to building a high-performing team.

• Drive the development of team capabilities in line with future business and technology needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices and asset reusability across projects.
• Support innovation and the adoption of modern collaboration technologies and delivery approaches.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Master's degree.
• PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• ITIL certification is considered an advantage.
• Several years of experience in IT project management with proven delivery responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and acting as a people manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of collaboration and productivity technologies such as:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and French, with a good command of the second national language.
• Good knowledge of English is considered a strong asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage organisational change.
